A keen eye for detail, an inherent curiosity for how things work, and a high level of spatial awareness were born from a childhood rich with Lego-building and workshop-assisting alongside his dad and grandad — fellow tinkerers, perfectionists, and car enthusiasts. This sparked Cam’s passion for automotive machinery and mechanical engineering, so after obtaining a Level 4 Certificate in Technology (Wintec) it was only natural for Cam to jump into a career at Henson & Murray Engine Rebuilders where he quickly mastered the CNC machine, out-sourcing the creation of hard-to-find tooling on his home 3D printer. This future-forward thinking and steadfastness earned him the role of Workshop Manager, and the subsequent creation of Form Factory.
